Description of property

This site was adjacent to a Grade II listed bridge on Archway Road. The existing site consisted of a three storey house with parking space to the front and a garden to the rear.

Client brief

The brief from the client was to maximise the use of the site for potential development.

Advice/Solution

We worked closely with a Planning Specialist to understand the local authorities planning policies for the new build scheme. We submitted a pre-planning application to Harringay council.
