Our client property was an existing 6-story commercial use building, which was a Grade II Listed.

Our clients were ‘Lorrels LLP’ a firm of solicitors

Who had just purchased the building and needed a feasibility assessment to establish floor layouts for their staff. A new reception design was required for a rather dated existing interior.

The proposal focused on the entrance story which included the reception and further two client meeting rooms.
